USS Arizona Memorial Visitor Center Museum - Back Lawn Overview

This portion of the USS Arizona Memorial Visitor Center is landfill created by the Navy after December 7, 1941 during the huge buildup of Pearl Harbor after the Japanese attack. The Memorial is visible, as well as battleship row, and the USS Missouri, the battleship where the Japanese surrender took place in September 1945.
